Use of the service
You may use Soapie for lawful personal or business soapmaking workflows. You are responsible for the formulas, records, notes, and other content you create or import, and for the decisions you make while using the app in your workshop.
No professional or safety guarantee
Soapie is a software tool, not a substitute for safe handling practices, regulatory advice, or professional chemical review. You remain responsible for verifying your materials, process, labeling obligations, and workshop safety.
Purchases and billing
Paid features are offered through Apple in-app purchases. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms and systems.
Intellectual property
Soapie, the website, and related materials are owned by Amenti Labs LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property to you.
Service changes and availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We aim to keep the software stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app, website, or any future online features.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Soapie and Amenti Labs LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
